Lite includes your Memory Diary PDF, Memory Album PDF, and your original voice message as an MP3. Classic includes everything in Lite plus a narrated Memory Album Video. Legacy includes everything in Classic plus three personalized AI Video Messages.
Most MemoryChain orders are delivered within 02 to 48 hours after your order and required memories have been successfully submitted.
Yes. Your personal content is used to create your MemoryChain and is handled privately. Your finished package is accessed through a private delivery process, and we do not sell your personal data or use your memories for advertising.
Your submitted files and temporary working files are kept only for the limited period needed to create, review and safely deliver your MemoryChain. After the privacy cleanup period, only the finished delivery package is retained for your tier's download-availability period.

Contact us as soon as you notice the mistake. If your MemoryChain has not progressed too far through creation, we will do our best to help correct it. Once personalized processing has been completed, some changes may no longer be possible.
When your MemoryChain is ready, we send a private delivery link to the email address used for your order. Your delivery access is protected, and you can download your complete MemoryChain package from there.
Your finished MemoryChain package remains available for 3 months with Lite, 6 months with Classic, and 1 year with Legacy. We recommend downloading and safely keeping your package on your own device or storage as soon as you receive it.
